      1.Since CodeVyasa works with multiple clients, you get opportunities to work on varied projects instead of being stuck on the same product for years. 2.The management team is generally accessible, and it's relatively easy to share ideas or raise concerns compared to larger organizations. 3.Even at a relatively junior level, you're often trusted with responsibilities that might take longer to get in bigger companies.

      1.Depending on project timelines and client demands, some periods can be quite intense. 2.We easily get WFH and leaves , but I dont like the sandwich leave policy.

      No Growth Low pay They have a sandwich leave policy where if you take leave on Friday and Monday, Saturday and Sunday are also counted as leave days.
