Pros

Joining this company would be a catastrophic career move. From the founder down, there is a systemic lack of professionalism and basic ethics. They treat candidates like disposable commodities, wasting weeks of your time only to revoke offers at the finish line. They don't just lack 'ownership'—they lack integrity. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this disorganized, toxic mess.

Cons

The founder is the biggest problem. No professionalism, no accountability, no basic decency. They don't respond to messages or emails — you'll follow up 5 times and hear nothing. And the worst part? They revoked my offer letter at the last minute. After I had already made decisions around it. No proper reason, no apology, just gone.

Pros

Working here as a backend engineer has been pretty good. You get to work on actual problems, not just simple APIs and CRUD stuff. I have built things across different domains so the learning is real. Seniors are helpful when you get stuck and nobody acts like they know everything. Founders are also easy to reach out to if you have any issue. Decent place to start or grow your backend skills.

Cons

Documentation is also weak in some projects so you spend time figuring out what the previous person did.

Pros

1.Since CodeVyasa works with multiple clients, you get opportunities to work on varied projects instead of being stuck on the same product for years. 2.The management team is generally accessible, and it's relatively easy to share ideas or raise concerns compared to larger organizations. 3.Even at a relatively junior level, you're often trusted with responsibilities that might take longer to get in bigger companies.

Cons

1.Depending on project timelines and client demands, some periods can be quite intense. 2.We easily get WFH and leaves , but I dont like the sandwich leave policy.
