Been here for some time now and overall it has been a decent ride. The work itself keeps you engaged, no two weeks feel exactly the same which I like. People are approachable, you can ask anyone for help without feeling awkward about it. There is a sense that your work actually matters here, you are not just another resource on a spreadsheet. Leadership is visible, you see them around and they interact with the team which is rare in most companies.

I wish there was more clarity on long term career path.

Working as a dot net developer here has been a good learning experience. You get to work on real projects, not just maintenance work which is usually the case at other companies for dot net roles. Got exposure to both legacy and modern stuff, from older .NET Framework projects to .NET Core and some cloud work on Azure. Seniors are helpful and code reviews actually teach you.

Sometimes the project allocation is not great for dot net folks, you can end up on a boring maintenance project for a while.
