Honestly one of the best things is the ownership you get from day 1. You're not just shadowing seniors for months, they actually put you on real work and trust you to figure it out. Also there's basically no hierarchy here, if you have an issue or even just an idea you can directly walk up to the founders and talk to them.

Cons

I think processes are still being built out so things can feel a bit unstructured at times, that's it!

The quality of projects are great , the quality of feedback on the code is genuine and you get to take ownership for your tasks from the very start , the leadership is approachable and is great
