Pros
1.Good for fresher , they will get exposure of many things in technical as well as non-technical. 2. friendly environment.
Cons
1. PMs Are useless. They don't know anything, they should hire a technical lead. 2. No management at all. They just use people and then throw them like nothing and they think they care about employees. 3. Very less pay, They don't know how to run a business. 4. Between 3 of them have no co-ordination. Only when it comes to appraisal they appear else they don't know what's going on. 5. Go at your own risk.
