The benefits are great, and the trust they place in their team to do the great job you're capable of, keeps you motivated to reach for the stars.
Cons
Working in the K-12 space means that summer can be slow and somewhat demoralizing. However, management is encouraging and allows flexibility and creativity to flourish, so it's a great time to test out new ideas. Working remotely can also be isolating at times, but management does a good job of scheduling (actually fun) virtual team building activities.
