The coworkers are genuinely nice and friendly

Very few employees remain, as almost everyone has either left or been let go over the past year, leading to a sense of instability. The office environment is poorly maintained and uninspiring. Lack of basic benefits such as "Keren Hishtalmut" or meal allowances like "Ten Bis," which are standard in many companies.
