Pros
Last year (2022) was a challenge, but I'm starting to see a really good turnaround and stabilizing in the company. Putting a strategy and direction together, putting emphasis on valuing the employees, getting back to what made this company great. New CEO is in place who is helping move us forward without just trying to copy the past and is being very transparent about the state of the company. Still love working here, last year was tough, great to see there's thought and care about our future.
