Business Outlook
Pros
- Hands down our caring culture and the way people help each other. - Highly skilled people solving the most complex problems in the Salesforce ecosystem. - We're a distributed team and manage working from home pretty well, IMHO. - We see the products and applications we built out in the markets. Most of the client work we do is public facing.
Cons
- The company, along with much of the software industry, had a rough year in 2023. The contraction was painful. - Timesheets. No matter how intuitive/pretty the UI is, entering time is a pain.
