Pros

CodeStore is passionate in promoting innovation and quality work. With high maturity in innovation culture, the company quickly adopts new ideas that make a difference in the market place. I am proud that I am part of new/growing business where I have huge opportunities for learning new technologies, products and the customer needs. CodeStore recognizes the personal life values. Though again it all varies from project to project but in all the projects, I worked and working my team leads are very supportive when I have to balance my personal life with my professional life. No spoon feeding, that's actually gives juniors/employees to explore more.

Cons

Its very difficult to dislike CodeStore. It only depends on if the people are at right place at right time.

Pros

5 days working for all employees

Cons

I had an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience at Codestore Services — joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I’ve made. The role I was hired for was that of an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, but it became clear very quickly that the company had no understanding of what an EA’s responsibilities truly entail. Instead of performing tasks aligned with an EA profile, I was repeatedly pushed into business development and sales activities, expected to generate revenue and bring in new opportunities — functions that are not within the scope of an EA’s role. Shockingly, the company doesn’t even have a designated sales or BD team. Yet, every employee, regardless of their role, is expected to contribute to sales. Despite being a 20–25 employee setup, the HR team alone consists of 5–6 individuals who often interfere in work beyond their scope, contributing little value to actual operations. I made genuine efforts to adapt and support the CEO, who himself was going through personal struggles related to isolation and a lack of support in his family life. He openly expressed regret about starting the company and repeatedly mentioned the company’s financial instability and difficulty in sustaining operations. Eventually, I was asked to relocate to make operations easier, and barely a month into the role — before I had even received my first salary — I was told to leave immediately without any performance improvement plan, formal warning, or justification. A significant amount of my money was lost due to relocation expenses and PG rent. The company lacks stable projects, has no financial planning, and is clearly not in a position to hire or retain talent. They’ve been unsuccessfully trying to hire a BD executive for over a year due to budget constraints, all the while expecting non-BD staff like HRs and EAs to take up the responsibility of bringing in business. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering a role at Codestore Services. My experience was not just professionally disappointing, but also emotionally draining. Also that company asks you to study and make notes like you are in school or college.
