Company that wants to do, but leadership falls very short - People Operations Codecademy Employee Review

I think this person worked here a while ago, but worth addressing the diversity at the top comment. When this person worked at Codecademy, we were 100% white. Now we are 25% non-white. Gender diversity has gone from 12% female to 25% today. It’s been a focus and will continue to be a focus, but no question that’s going to be a slow change.
