      * GREAT development team * sales/marketing director was great * flexibility with Covid

      Cons

      * Hostile work environment with DevOps/some leadership * Trouble getting paid on time, bounced paychecks, rarely getting paystubs * Benefits were taken out of check but not applied to account for the benefit * Micromanagement * Railroading certain employees, even in team wide meetings * Involuntarily furloughed for health reasons, then called a leave of absence to the company

      Colleagues are absolutely outstanding and they have the best president and founder.

      Timesheets aren't ideal and I wish we could go travel to different conferences

      Pros

      Great work life balance, family oriented. Every day there is new opportunity and it keeps life fresh. The CEO is warm and empathetic and the leadership balances well with accountability. They are learning centric and provide opportunities to level up often.

      Cons

      You may wear a few hats, but this is not really a con if you love a good challenge
