Supportive team environment: The team was generally friendly and collaborative, and I felt like my input was valued in brainstorming sessions and content discussions. Learning opportunities: The role provided chances to learn more about SaaS products and the latest industry trends, which kept the work engaging.

Irregular pay: Unfortunately, the most significant challenge during my time at Codeless was the irregular pay structure. Payments were inconsistent, making it difficult to rely on the position as a steady income source. Lack of job stability: While the projects were interesting, the lack of financial consistency made it hard to feel secure in the role long-term.
