Pros

Lower ranking team members were a pleasure to work with. Everyone is willing to contribute and assist . Onsite gym is a benefit . Reasonably active sports and social club even tho it's run by a separate company

Cons

No room for career progression. Training and upskilling is frowned upon unless you are willing to complete it on your own time . Management are oblivious to the struggles suffered by the team. Outside Interference from so called silent investors. It's definitely a case of too many cooks . Management unwilling to push back on issues so the buck stops with the general employee. Salary reviews are non existent.

Pros

I enjoy the problem-solving aspect to the job. The staff and managers are very supportive, for things both work related and personal. There is training and further learning resources provided to gain new skills. The regular hours help make a good work/life balance. The office has a free gym on site. The opportunity to progress within the industry and company is self-driven and supported in every way.

Cons

I don't see any cons while working here, It is an incredible place to work.

Pros

Having worked at Codepak Solutions for nearly 6 years let me share my thoughts: 1. It's a small team so the workload can sometimes become overbearing 2. Challenging but rewarding environment 3. Exposure to current technologies such as AWS, Azure, Angular etc. 4. Cross team/technology opportunities (exploration and progression into other teams within the business is encouraged) 5. Sports and social club 6. Gym on-site 7. Saving and pension

Cons

1. It's a small team so the opportunities for progression can be limited 2. Again, as it's a small, busy team, training opportunities are hard to complete on work time
