      They are just an intermediary: if the American company pays you, they take a cut, if the American company doesn't pay you for whatever reason, well too bad, CodersLink won't pay you or help you out, you are on your own.

      Pros

      The whole team is very passionate about its mission. They are very open on hearing feedback and giving the extra step for its customers. The culture is very flexible, no assigned hours, home-office, etc. On top of that they executive team is always concerned on making sure that the whole team is happy and growing in their position.

      Cons

      Sometimes they lack the structure of a corporation.
