      Sueldo, vacaciones, seguro médico, descuentos.

      Despiden a la gente sin aviso y se niegan a pagar liquidación completa, esquema mixto de contratación cotizando el mínimo por nómina, no pagan beneficios de ley a los consultores externos.

      Pros

      The whole team is very passionate about its mission. They are very open on hearing feedback and giving the extra step for its customers. The culture is very flexible, no assigned hours, home-office, etc. On top of that they executive team is always concerned on making sure that the whole team is happy and growing in their position.

      Cons

      Sometimes they lack the structure of a corporation.
