      Pago en esquema mixto, despidos sin previo aviso, cambios todo el tiempo, falta de maduración en los procesos, en el tiempo que estuve no me dieron equipo de cómputo para trabajar.

      Pros

      The whole team is very passionate about its mission. They are very open on hearing feedback and giving the extra step for its customers. The culture is very flexible, no assigned hours, home-office, etc. On top of that they executive team is always concerned on making sure that the whole team is happy and growing in their position.

      Cons

      Sometimes they lack the structure of a corporation.
