Pros

What more could you ask for in an employer? The owners and management are down to earth people. Working from home is not frowned upon or something you need to feel guilty about ( imagine that - in 2016 with technology not feeling guilty about working remote). They stay on the cutting edge and encourage innovation ( just won the TAG Excalibur Award for innovative tech). Ping Pong games galore, video games, and sodas in the fridge when you need it. Open door policy and overall pretty chill culture.Bowling on Thursdays and Trivia / Beer on Fridays (neither are mandatory - if you got to get home to fam - nobody frowns at that)

Cons

Of course there are cons or this would not be a review. Growing fast so I foresee office space becoming limited as more and more people come on board.

Pros

*The company is small, so you never get lost in the crowd. Management works closely with you can you can talk to them like you would anyone else on your team. *I've been with the company through several improvements to the work process, and they've been handled very well. It's very encouraging to see my team get better and better.

Cons

*A small company also means you need to be on your toes and openly communicative, so if that's not something you're strong in this might not be the right environment for you. *Depending on project needs, you will may need to learn new skills/improve quickly, and largely through independent work and research. Again, consider if that sort of challenge is up your alley. Very much an environment where those who learn by doing can thrive.
