A lot of things you need to ask for. You need some budget for self-development? Ask for it. You need now laptop? Ask for it. Need feedback? Ask (though feedbacj you sometimes get without asking every now and then). This isn't as much as con, more of a neutral thing that for some poeple might be hard. Sometimes clients may ask for some things (like overtime or on-call). While it's very rare that it would happen (I did a week of overtime during my 1+ years with them), Codete will make sure that you are fairly compensated.
