Nothing good about the company. The CEO is the problem this person got the best team really dedicated to their work and he chose to scam them of their salary and well being. When work was done he started to fire employees.

No work-life balance. Salaries are delayed by months, causing financial stress. Employees are send unnecessary emails, creating a pressuring environment that feels designed to push people to resign. The CEO lacks professionalism and emotional maturity, often reacting poorly to feedback and criticism. Leadership displays a concerning level of arrogance and disregard for employee well-being. Instead of focusing on resolving internal issues, management seems more interested in maintaining appearances and personal benefits, even at the cost of the team. I’ve never encountered leadership this disconnected and disrespectful. Don’t be misled by fake positive reviews—joining this company could seriously harm your mental health and career growth.

Working at Codezen for over 3.5 years has been an incredible journey. I joined as a Junior Frontend Developer and was given the opportunity to grow rapidly under the guidance of Shubham Bhartiya. Working hours often exceed the standard 8 hours, and occasional weekend work is expected. Late-night meetings are common, sometimes scheduled post 10 PM.
