Very good work stream, great ethics, transparent in terms of policies! Most efficient company I have ever come across. Secure employment, very good learning opportunities, extraordinary facilities, great reputation, talented resources, wonderful vision, excellent infrastructure, and strong capabilities. Concentration/focus is given on employee benefits. Attention is given for the talent management; employees who are weaker in grasping things are given additional training and paid some extra attention. Management facilitates open forums for hearing grievances and ensuring justice. Company’s core strength is technology. With time, all good brains have enriched the company's evolution over the years. Instead of hiring more technical minds from outside, company retains its technical minds by appraising them as per their strengths.
