      There is a constant energy of growth. You are given good freedom to try out things ideas are respected for showcasing your talent. You will find people always challenging you to think how better you can do what you are doing. Definitely, a great place to work with. Everyone is helpful to settle in and also guide.

      Pros

      I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

      Cons

      The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.
