1. Hardships and bad experiences in this company will make you wiser. 2. You will learn about what to focus on before you join new company, so you don't end up in such company again. 3. You will learn about how to manage yourself, so you don't get exploited again.
Cons
1. Company lie before hiring, 2. Management struggle in managing projects and team. Their only solution is to make resources work 12+ hours to compensate for their incompetency. You will rust, and they will still shine on your efforts. One of such incompetent guy even got promoted to very high position. That shows that founders are blind to what happens under their nose. God help his juniors. 3. During Covid times, company cut the salary by 25-30%, but increased workload, and made everyone was work 12+ hours. When employees started resigning, then they reinstated to old salary. This shows that they will exploit you till you don't object. Being nice is a weakness in this company. 4. Company is quite cheap. They do not even replace items, which cost like 500-1000 Rs. They should care about well being or comfort of their Employees, whom they overwork. I have also heard from people, that their laptop was replaced in 40-45 days.
