DEAD BEATS - Appraiser Coester VMS Employee Review

I've been with the company for more than a year, and so far I still like working here. I can still see people who are willing to help, those who are always there in times of need. Big or small companies go through problems in any aspects, but what I like working with the team is that we still manage to communicate properly what needs to be done in order to succeed. And for me, that's the only key a company need to be secured.

We need our people now more than anything. Let's work with what he have and let's treasure it.

Use to be a lot of pros until new management took place. Can’t think of anything good. Good people are working for the wrong Company. And pro is you can work from home when they say it’s ok.

No good pay. CEO just cares about numbers and not his employees. Even when making goal they put you down like your not trying your hardest. Company puts on a Image like they are good but when working there is the complete opposite. As you can see the CEO tells his employees to go write a good review on here. I mean look at the dates on here for the last reviews. 7 people all wrote a review on 11/29/17 saying how good it is. That’s becaude they were told to. It’s all a fake Image. Can’t even tell you any many law suits there is with this company. See for yourself. Google (Law Suits against CoesterVMS). Appraisers not getting paid ontime. The company hacks in personal emails. It’s just a mess.
