Work-life balance is great. The people for the most part are fun to be around. Good parties, happy hours, etc.

Company is always changing, shifting priorities, and senior management is not very professional.

-They hire incredibly talented people. -Small shop with plenty of visibility and access across the organization. -They are open to innovation and evolvement of their current product suite. -Great company wide communication and recognition opportunities. -Free lunch Tuesdays, free sodas/waters, birthday treats, etc. So many perks. -Great leaders who actually care and listen. -Plenty of working spaces

-Big changes too often. -Work/life balance expectations are pretty rough at times.
