      Pros

      You have to work for 24 x 7 . They won't consider our personal time.you need to be all the time they need . They won't provide OT for extra hours work. Incase they give it as OT amount you won't get

      Very good nepo head he operates us like sl..ve getting high volumes from client side push it with low HCs day and night
