This company does not have any ethics or values. You will get emails about getting fired immediately without any compensation from CEO!! You will get emails about funny policies like applying for paid leaves when they cannot find a project for you. The treatment lacks any respect for technical people. If you are on-site and if you are on bench, they will ask to get back to Hyderabad. Extremely selfish company. Unless you are a total dumb, dying with hunger and have no self respect, you should avoid this company at any cost.
