Pros
Your time will pass quickly.. Good thing is that all employees accommodation is near to each other and you will not feel bore. Get time to enhance to skill by online learning portal if you are willing to do.
Cons
No proper leadership, no 360 review, hiring fresher for 4-5k to get high markup from client. lot of disconnect between client and employee. business doest not treat the employees with professional way, decision making entirely by one person, HR doest not respond on time..on call it redirect to answering machine..then answering is full with call which unable to take your call. No growth for employee. If think u can save money but unfortunately high increasing rent trend can't allow you.
