Pros
NIIT is good in terms of learning and innovations. They have good training sessions to enhance their employees.
Cons
The worst part of NIIT Tech. is that the appraisals are not upto the mark. Even if you are technically good and hard working, even if you have implemented few good things in your project, even you complete all your assignment on-time, even if you are recommended for any award or you support or help other team members in their task doesn't get you good ratings. You can get good ratings only if you keep buttering your Supervisor or have "Yes Boss" attitude, otherwise they will ignore all your effort and will put you in the Average Ratings.
