Pros

Supervision, location, nice office and facility, continuing education

Cons

Executive team demonstrates lack of transparency. Big changes not rolled out well, clinicians paid the price. Internal communication within the organization is questionable, such as admin changing clinician schedules and not telling them, psychologists not responding to referrals for psych testing. Standard 60/40 split for fully licensed. Interns are unpaid. Easy for executive team to disregard changes they are barely impacted by when they make 3x the amount that master's level clinicians do.

Pros

CBI has recently improved it customer service efforts by enhancing billing procedures, answering live phone calls, and and supporting its therapists. These changes have been much appreciated. CBI has a long history of interdisciplinary collaboration and with its in-house psychiatry and Centers for specialized care, it is easy to link current clients other providers who are seasoned and competent. Opportunities for professional development and advancement are excellent!

Cons

Many providers work virtually so you have to be intentional about connecting with other therapists through virtual platforms.

Pros

The therapists are wonderful good people.

Cons

The executive team has terrible communication. They are so far disconnected from their employees that people continually put in their resignations.
