Pros
I have worked in recruitment for over 6 years and having managed quite a large team myself I thought I knew all there was to know about recruitment. However after my initial training at Cognitive I figured out that this was not the case. The training was unreal! New, innovative, engaging , practical, transferable and very enjoyable. Suited to beginners , middleweight and experienced professionals... The director of performance who delivered the training is really one of a kind. I have only been with Cognitive for three months and the culture is great. Everyone is very mature and autonomy, independence and accountability is really important. This makes it just a great place to work in where I feel I am bettering myself as a professional and as a person. Since joining Cognitive I feel like I have become a better version of myself. From day one I have truly been made to feel that I belong, I feel involved and valued which makes quite a tough job very enjoyable. Finally all the leaders are very inspirational, high achieving individuals that you look up to and respect. It is really important to look at your leader and believe that one day you want to be like them, knowing full well that they will give you the support to help you get there. That exists here and it is such a breath of fresh air.
Cons
I would find it difficult to mention any cons at this stage.
