      Pros

      A very professional operator of very decent and well respected properties in the San Diego area with some locations in Hawaii as well. Usually very well respected by the community and it's vendors.

      Cons

      A slow lumbering complany, lots of layers of management. Litigation paranoid (which can also be considered a pro). Culinarily uninteresting/uninterested. Corporate feel without corporate perks. Generally underpaid management.

      Pros

      The job helped me develop my teamwork and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. The managers were generally supportive, and I appreciated the chance to work alongside a friendly team.
