Remote work, can work from anywhere in the world My direct report doesn't not micromanage My feedbacks, inputs and suggestions are taken into consideration and some have been implemented Promotions and salary increment are given where its due
Cons
Can be stressful at times Occasional politics High learning curve, tasks can be complex A lot of systems, SOPs and policies are still being developed and slowly implemented so it may take some time if you are expecting for a MNC-like environment may not be suitable as it is a start up after all
