      Pros

      Good pay. They will give you very good pay to attract towards the job.

      Cons

      There is no revenue generated. It's running just on funding and recently lay off happened too because of this. Decisions which they make on new product is not stable. Sometime after developing a project to half way they will discard everything on it. You might not be doing the work you're hired for too. Also once they call you for any critical projects to office, you need to stretch your working hours too much even at night too. There will be no weekend off during this time and you may asked to finish 2 months work in 2 week time.

      1. Good managers with great management skills. 2. Positive environment with growth orientated work. 3. Great HR team with good employee benefit programs. 4. Work - Life balance is great here.

      Pros

      CoinDCX is one of the best companies I have worked for. The founders have a strong vision for the company, and the culture across HR and other teams is genuinely supportive and respectful. Your voice is heard in meetings, and you’re trusted with real ownership and responsibility from the start. It’s a place that encourages continuous learning and motivates employees to grow professionally. The perks and benefits are better than what you find at most companies, and the compensation is also highly competitive compared to industry standards. If you get an opportunity to work here, it’s definitely worth considering.

      Cons

      Job security during crypto downturns can be a concern. Having survived two layoff cycles myself, I feel hiring and expansion should be planned more thoughtfully.
