Pros
None at all, they don’t know the meaning of pros.
Cons
If you are thinking how they have such nice ratings, it’s because they sit on your head and make you write nice reviews. This establishment is unequivocally the least desirable place to join, and I cannot stress enough how abysmal it is. They strictly adhere to a hire-and-fire policy and have the most dreadful HR personnel. Instead of providing support, HR listens to your personal conversations, twists them with exaggeration, and swiftly reports them to the CEO. The CEO, Sunil Sharma, constantly asserts control, manipulating and publicly humiliating employees in front of everyone, even resorting to group chats. Additionally, they require employees to work on Sundays, citing the company's underperformance and failure to meet targets. Should you dare to voice your concerns or push back, you will be summarily dismissed. You might also face discrimination occasionally if you are a female. :) If you happen to be a new employee, there's a possibility you might be fired within a week, using the justification of not meeting the firm's expectations. The company also fails to offer any additional benefits. They neglect essentials such as health insurance, possibly driven by their short-term focus. The remuneration they provide is significantly inadequate, and there are no provisions for paid leaves whatsoever. Taking a single day off means forfeiting a day's salary entirely.
