Pros
The growth potential here is massive considering the age of Coindirect.
The company supplies you with the necessary tools to perform your job and are not shy in that regard.
The environment is young and enthusiastic, the people here are great and very helpful.
The offices are in town and all employees are welcome however it is not entirely necessary to work from the office and you can work from home if you please. That is a huge plus in my book especially in these times we are in.
Pay is always on time and that is a breath of fresh air compared to some of my past experiences elsewhere.
This company is very tech savvy and this makes working here a breeze.
You don't just feel like another employee, you feel as if your work and personal growth are important and that is something you don't often find.
I can honestly say this is the best company I have worked for.
Cons
The only con I can think of is work load. This is a fairly new company that is rapidly expanding making it stressful at times and you have to be willing to put in the work. For someone like me, I cant really think of this as a con however this is something that can be improved.
