Startup hustle on steroids; if you want to punch a clock this is not for you. If you are ready to hustle, this is a goldmine where you can do your best work and make a measurable difference.

Pros

At Coinme everyone’s voice matters and decisions happen quickly...typical for a startup. I am surrounded by smart, kind, and mission-aligned teammates who care about collaboration and results, not ego. Plus, leadership is transparent, approachable, and deeply invested in helping people grow and caring about us as a people.

Cons

100% remote is a pro, but I do miss seeing teammate in person. So it's like a double-edge sword.
