Pros

- Fun environment - Decent commission structure - Relatively easy sell

Cons

- Poor benefits package - Absentee owner. He doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t care about his employees. Has made the comment that he wants C rated employees so they think they are successful and he doesn’t have to pay them a lot. The fact that he refuses to give raises then goes on an RV TV show where he flies in on a helicopter and buys 2 luxury RV’s proves the kind of person he is. Has only worked for himself and his dad so he has zero clue how to be a true leader. GM he has in place to run his business is out for herself only and gets rid of people more talented than her. - GM is an uneducated person who feels threatened by anyone she perceives as a “threat” to her. Good leaders surround themselves with people that are either better than them or at least make up for some of their own short comings. She does the exact opposite. The fact that the sales and leasing teams used to all have college degrees compared to absolutely no one now is proof that she has run off anyone she thought was a threat to her job. The amount of talent I have seen come and go through these doors over the years is astonishing. And every single one of them that have left are 10 times more successful. The GM has stunted the company’s growth by lying to the owner about certain individuals she felt were a threat to her own job and forced them to leave.
