      If you're not a self-starter, you won't last here. Have to be able to take the initiative and push things forward from where you are.

      Pros

      ColRich is a great place to work. The people are wonderful and while everyone is expected to work hard, people genuinely care for one another. No one is a number or a role, we celebrate each others professional and personal accomplishments.

      Cons

      There is a lack of flexibility around office hours but I still believe a reasonable amount of work/ life balance.
