The Colcord is a beautiful venue. There is a large number of longtime employees that have been on board for two management changes (Williams and Associates and Ambassador Hotels).
Cons
There is little to no recognition or support from the management company (past or present) and the hotel owners seem to be unhappy with everything and everyone employed at the property. Employees in every department are expected to take on more and more work until eventually they are unable to continue working there.
