Pros
Close knit team with great management - make the time to build relationships. Small enough company that folks aren’t endlessly chasing corporate KPIs. Amazing office and great health coverage (ColdSpark pays 100 percent of premiums)
Cons
Clients can be demanding and unkind. The industry lends itself to an “always available” expectation - important to know that going in.
