Pros
Fun company atmosphere and culture. Wide variety of interesting projects. Experienced leadership from senior staff and currently a good group of younger engineers ready to learn. Great 401k match (6%). Health insurance employee cost is cut in half at 5 year and paid 100% at 10 years.
Cons
Need to watch out for burnout with employees. I will say this has improved over the years and more structure has been added to the company.
