Fun work environment and great coworkers

Management was a bit harsh.

There is very little to give as pros. Initially, the company seemed to be good and reliable. However, in time the real true colors apear and its down hill from there.

Colette Inc., is a contracting office based in Alexandria, Virginia. Be advised that working for Colette Inc. is a very unpleasant experience. The CEO and seemingly the only person running this company does not provide the benefits and basic employee requirements without plenty resistance. As an employee I did not receive my medical benefits with in a reasonable time. Colette Inc., did not provide me with pay stubs. Even though I requested paystubs multiple times the CEO ignored my request. I also was not paid on time and not paid for my final pay period once I was terminated from the contract. The CEO of this company is abrasive and is proud to display her "gamesmanship" to control her employees. I feel this CEO is more interested in filing lawsuits against individuals than she is at providing a good service. The CEO is unreliable and unresponsive as well. Out of 7 employees at my work site, 6 were terminated by the CEO and one employee quit. Currently, none of those positions are filled because no one want to work with this unreliable company. Please do your research on this company and its CEO before getting into business with this unprofessional company. You will save yourself much heartache.
