Boa - Encarregado De Departamento Pessoal (DP) Colfor Manufacturing Employee Review

I was a co op for colfor in the beginning of 2015 and I enjoyed it. Most people are friendly and helpful there.

I do not really have any cons that I can think of. There are some rude operators but I guess that is what you expect from someone who spends decades of their lives in a union shop.

They pay well and you get plenty of hours.

Mandated overtime, and you can’t ever get in contact with your union rep.
