      Coliseum Medical Centers is the perfect location for you as a Registered Nurse. Staff are warm and friendly and welcoming to new staff. Coliseum Medical Centers is the place to work!!! This facility is a part of HCA and has great opportunities for growth potential. It doesn't get any better than this.

      Pros

      I do not know anymore...use to be the pay but they even changed the pay scales.

      Cons

      unfairness. benefits are ridiculous. want you to work for nothing. hostile work environment. HORRIBLE HR. all about the profit over care of employees and patients. unsafe nursing. no flexibility. rigid with time/attendance. rude co-workers and management (although they smile in your face)
