Good company culture, poor management and low pay - Licensing Manager Collab Employee Review

I really enjoyed interning for this company. Honestly some of the nicest people I ever had the opportunity to work with.

The pay could be a little higher. I was paid the minimum wage in California, but it wasn't that big of an issue for me since I was based in another state.

Awesome, very human leadership. Openness to new ideas, best practices. Work/life balance, and mental health is valued.

Opportunities for greater company communication, but this is/was being addressed.
