No cons. Avoid at all costs unless you sre ready to sacrifice your mental health

I worked at the Calgary office, and the atmosphere there was incredibly toxic. There was little to no training, and the management was consistently awful, with bullying being a regular part of the environment. It felt like every day was a struggle, and many people left within six months. The compensation was low, and the benefits didn’t compare to what other banks offered.

Benefits were good but that's only because Collabria is a subsidiary of Desjardins.

Leaders have an incredibly old-school approach, which has prevented the company from growing at the pace it needs to in order to stay relevant.
