Semi relaxed work environment where you can dress down everyday. Free "unlimited" supply of sodas in the break room.
Cons
Horrible on job training. An array of systematic issues simply overlooked because underemployed individuals are willing to work harder than necessary. Company does not pay for lunch break while employees eat at their desk due to production.
