      Great benefits- 100% company paid. Monthly employee lunch. Promotions come from within. No strict dress code. Learning from the most knowledgable people in the industry.

      Cons

      Industry has a lot of gray area and it's hard to know everything right away. Have to be patient and learn as it comes.

      Pros

      Plenty of work and you get to work from home.

      Cons

      There is not any procedures in place to properly execute your job. Management clearly advises they do not have time to provide you with the guidance you need to succeed. There is definitely conflict of interest so please be aware. Please be sure to get everything in writing never go with just Word of mouth. You will be overworked and underpaid.
