      Pros

      Really loved working with students who wanted to continue education after high school. Took a long time to build a caseload, but the students we enrolled in the program were very active, and 70% of our caseload will be continuing their education at a 2 or 4 year university

      Cons

      College Forward was going through a merger. There were a lot of last minute things that popped up, but should have been planned and added to the calendar months in advance.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at this company. I was given the space to grow and gather new skills sets.

      Cons

      Be prepare for constant changes. Organization would get a new cohort of AmeriCorps members every year, therefore new people and changes to get used to.

      Mission oriented non-profit trying to provide technology solutions leveraging Salesforce to other non-profits

      Cons

      Non-profits have a ceiling on salaries. Difficult to experience financial growth.
